Legal notice

1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction All transactions, agreements, and disputes between the Customer and Jai Baba Barfani Traders shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings, claims, or suits arising out of or relating to a purchase, the "Strict No-Return" policy, or shipping issues shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. By completing a purchase, the Customer explicitly waives any right to initiate legal action in any other city, state, or jurisdiction.

2. Finality of Agreement By proceeding with a transaction, the Customer acknowledges that they have been informed that all sales are Final. The Customer agrees that the "No Return" policy is a fundamental condition of the sale. Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or dispute via a bank or payment gateway without first following the mandatory WhatsApp contact protocol (+91-9335363538) shall be considered a breach of this agreement.

3. Discretionary Review (No Legal Binding) Any communication initiated by the Customer via WhatsApp at +91-9335363538 is for the purpose of a discretionary review only. Jai Baba Barfani Traders is not legally bound to offer any resolution, refund, or return. A decision made by the management in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh to grant an exception in a specific case is a voluntary gesture of goodwill and does not constitute a waiver of these terms for any other transaction.

4. Limitation of Liability In no event shall Jai Baba Barfani Traders, its owners, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim, whether in contract or tort, is strictly limited to the net amount received by us for the specific product in question, excluding shipping, taxes, and handling fees.

5. Indemnification The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Jai Baba Barfani Traders from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from the Customer's failure to adhere to the terms of the Return and Shipping policies stated herein.

6. Severability If any provision of this Legal Notice is found by a court of competent jurisdiction in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
