Shipping policy

 

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. We do not ship on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Delivery & Tracking

• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Jai Baba Barfani Traders is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or logistical issues.

• Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via your provided contact info.

3. Address and Delivery Responsibility

• It is the Customer's responsibility to provide a 100% accurate address.

• Jai Baba Barfani Traders is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the Customer.

• If a package is returned to us due to "Receiver Not Available" or "Incorrect Address," the Customer must pay additional shipping charges for a second delivery attempt.

4. Risk of Loss

As per the shipment contract, the risk of loss passes to the Customer as soon as the package is handed over to the courier. We are not responsible for packages stolen or lost after they are marked as "Delivered."
