Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy ("Policy") governs all transactions conducted with Jai Baba Barfani Traders. By completing a purchase, the Customer acknowledges, understands, and unconditionally agrees to the following terms.

1. Final Sale Declaration

All sales at Jai Baba Barfani Traders are strictly Final. We operate on a "No Returns, No Refunds, and No Exchanges" basis. By finalizing an order, the Customer enters into a binding contract and waives any right to a request a return based on change of mind, selection errors, size issues, or personal dissatisfaction.

2. Sole Discretionary Exceptions (WhatsApp Only)

While we maintain a strict No-Return stance, Jai Baba Barfani Traders reserves the sole and absolute discretion to review individual requests on an extraordinary, case-by-case basis.

  • Point of Contact: Requests must be made exclusively via WhatsApp at +91 9335363538.

  • No Voice Calls: We do not process return requests via voice calls. All communication must be documented in writing via WhatsApp for record-keeping.

  • No Legal Obligation: Our willingness to review a message does not constitute an agreement to return or a waiver of our "Final Sale" policy. There is no legal or consumer right that compels Jai Baba Barfani Traders to accept a return.

  • Final Decision: The decision of the Store Management regarding any exception is final and binding.

3. Non-Refundable Charges & Deductions

In the rare event that an exception is granted by the store in writing:

  • Shipping is Non-Refundable: Any shipping charges paid by the customer at the time of purchase are strictly non-refundable.

  • Return Shipping Responsibility: The cost and logistics of shipping the item back to our warehouse are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

  • Mandatory Deductions: If a refund is approved, both the original shipping charges and the return shipping/handling fees will be deducted from the total order amount. The Customer will only receive the net balance.

4. Order Finality & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it is considered a completed and final transaction. We do not allow cancellations, edits, or modifications once the order has been processed. It is the Customer's responsibility to verify all items, quantities, and shipping details prior to payment.

5. Unauthorized Returns (Abandoned Shipments)

Any merchandise sent back to Jai Baba Barfani Traders without our prior, express written consent via our authorized WhatsApp channel will be treated as an unauthorized return. We are not liable for the storage, safety, or return shipping of such items, and no refund will be issued.

6. Limitation of Liability & Legal Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jai Baba Barfani Traders shall not be legally liable or forced to provide a refund, return, or exchange. By shopping with us, the Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Jai Baba Barfani Traders harmless from any claims or legal actions arising from this strictly enforced "Final Sale" policy.
